She later staked out for Honoka's arrival, intending to "befriend" her as part of the mission she was given, although she had some hesitance due to not being comfortable pretending to be someone's friend. After Hayate left, Marie informed Helena that she has arranged a suite room through the port of New York, and also let slip that Zack's abrupt departure involved a new girlfriend. She then witnessed Helena's meeting with Hayate, including his recognition of someone among DIG.
